I started my career the way most people do — showing up, doing the work, hoping someone noticed. I worked my way up from an equipment coordinator role to IT Support at Amazon, doing the kind of job where you handle tickets, put out fires, and quietly wonder if any of it matters.

In 2024, I almost got fired. Not for doing anything wrong — I was just bored out of my mind. I'd done the same work for years. Every day felt like a copy of the last.

So I built something. An AI agent that could handle the repetitive work I was doing manually — sorting emails, drafting responses, researching technical issues. It actually worked. My performance review that year: 'Exceeds High Bar' and the highest raise on my team.

That was the moment I realized what I had stumbled into. Not just a useful script — a complete approach to work that most business owners have never seen explained clearly.

I spent the next year learning everything I could about AI agent systems. I found OpenClaw, started building real products, and discovered something interesting: the same thing that saved me from a PIP was exactly what small business owners running crews needed — but didn't have time to figure out.

Now I come to their businesses in DFW and help them set up AI agents that handle the work that's eating their day — so they can focus on the work only they can do.
